This program is designed for children 8 years old and up, as well as adults. Not only does it teach self-defense and the traditions of Chinese martial arts, but it also teaches confidence, respect, self-worth and much more. This program is available in 6-month and 12-month increments. Within this program there are 2 different class types: Family classes are open to all ages in the regular program. All adult classes are open to those age 15 and up.
