On November 10, 2012, four U.S. Martial Arts Academy, Ltd. students tested to their first degree Black Sashes.

In addition to demonstrating most of the forms learned as first degree candidates, the students performed their own choreographed martial arts skits that showcased various offensive and defensive techniques.
As usual, the price of admission was two dried or canned good ite
ms (no glass please) for the hungry in Maryland. We collected 200 pounds of food. This year, we delivered the food to radio station Mix 106.5’s Stuff a Bus which was collecting for the Maryland Food Bank and was stationed at the Shop Rite on Aylesbury Road.
