Are You Looking for Great Self-Defense for Your Children or Yourself?
We teach two styles of self-defense, Kung Fu and Tai Chi. Our Kung Fu classes are for three kinds of students, younger children - Kung Fu Kids, a mixed class of older children and some adults - Family Kung Fu, and a separate Adult Kung Fu class. We also teach Tai Chi classes for Adults. Tai Chi is a no impact version of self-defense where the moves are practiced slowly, but when needed, the same moves sped up will result in effective self-defnse techniques. Any of the Kung Fu or Tai Chi classes will help improve fitness, balance, coordination, strength, attentiveness, flexibility, focus, and memory.

Now that the public and private school year has ended, we will switch to our Summer Kung Fu and Tai Chi class schedule. As we been announcing in all our classes and school emails, our summer schedule begins June 27, 2016 and runs until August 6, 2016.
There are no Monday classes on this schedule, but additional classes have been added on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. These additional classes will be available as long as attendance warrants them. Click on USMA Summer Schedule for more information.
We will switch to our Summer Schedule on June 29 and it will be used until August 15, 2015.
In short, we will be closed Mondays during this period and have added in class times on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to replace the Monday classes. There are morning classes on Wednesdays. Wednesday morning classes will be available on a trial basis, as long as morning class attendance warrants holding those classes.
