Grandmaster Huang is hosting a Chinese New Year luncheon at the Szechuan House in Lutherville, Maryland on Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
- Tickets are $25 for diners 13 years old and over
- Tickets are $15 for children 7 – 12 years old
- Free for children 6 years old and younger if accompanied by a parent or adult
