We are open with our regular class schedule Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd.

Monday, May 25th we will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Are You Looking for Great Self-Defense for Your Children or Yourself?

We teach two styles of self-defense, Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

**Our Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu classes are for three kinds of students, younger children - Fu Kids, a mixed class of older children and some adults - Family Kung Fu, and a separate Adult Kung Fu class.**

We also teach Tai Chi classes for Adults. Tai Chi is a no impact version of self-defense where the moves are practiced slowly, but when needed, the same moves sped up will result in effective self-defense techniques.

Any of the Kung Fu or Tai Chi classes will help improve fitness, balance, coordination, strength, attentiveness, flexibility, focus, and memory.
