Are You Looking for Great Self-Defense for Your Children or Yourself?

We teach two styles of self-defense, Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

**Our Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu classes are for three kinds of students, younger children - Fu Kids, a mixed class of older children and some adults - Family Kung Fu, and a separate Adult Kung Fu class.**

We also teach Tai Chi classes for Adults. Tai Chi is a no impact version of self-defense where the moves are practiced slowly, but when needed, the same moves sped up will result in effective self-defense techniques.
