Come compete, volunteer, and watch at the 2012 US International Kuo Shu Championship Tournament

Students, family, and friends are encouraged to volunteer for the tournament. Help is needed setting up on Thursday, July 26th, performing various duties (hospitality, score keeping, running papers, checking tickets at the door, etc.) on July 28th – 29th, and moving equipment on July 30th, 2012.

Are You Looking for Great Self-Defense for Your Children or Yourself?

We teach two styles of self-defense, Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

**Our Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu classes are for three kinds of students, younger children - Fu Kids, a mixed class of older children and some adults - Family Kung Fu, and a separate Adult Kung Fu class.**

We also teach Tai Chi classes for Adults. Tai Chi is a no impact version of self-defense where the moves are practiced slowly, but when needed, the same moves sped up will result in effective self-defense techniques.
