USMALtd brings Chinese Dragon to Towson 4th of July Parade

U.S. Martial Arts Academy, Lt. thanks the staff, students, and parents who helped perform with the dragon, carry supplies, or pass out leaflets at the Towson 4th of July Parade.

We teach two styles of self-defense, Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

**Our Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu classes are for three kinds of students, younger children - Fu Kids, a mixed class of older children and some adults - Family Kung Fu, and a separate Adult Kung Fu class.**

We also teach Tai Chi classes for Adults. Tai Chi is a no impact version of self-defense where the moves are practiced slowly, but when needed, the same moves sped up will result in effective self-defense techniques.
