Invited back again, U.S. Martial Arts Academy, Ltd. gave a demonstration at the Cockeysville, Branch of the Baltimore County Public Library on Saturday, November 3rd. Shi Fu Paul, instructors, and advanced students demonstrated defensive techniques and Tien Shan Pai forms.

Are You Looking for Great Self-Defense for Your Children or Yourself?

We teach two styles of self-defense, Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

**Our Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu classes are for three kinds of students, younger children - Fu Kids, a mixed class of older children and some adults - Family Kung Fu, and a separate Adult Kung Fu class.**

We also teach Tai Chi classes for Adults. Tai Chi is a no impact version of self-defense where the moves are practiced slowly, but when needed, the same moves sped up will result in effective self-defense techniques.
