US Martial Arts Academy, Ltd is proud to announce a Black Sash Test for the following candidates:

The test will be held, Saturday, February 25, 2017 beginning at 2:00pm. Come and support your classmates!
Admission is two (2) non-perishable food items (canned or dried goods — NO GLASS CONTAINERS, PLEASE) or $2.00 to be collected for our local food bank.
Congratulations to Daniel Jensen, Olivia Robinson, and Wes Ruthloff in achieving their first degree Black Sash! Wes tested for his Black Sash in December 2014. Daniel and Olivia tested for their Black Sashes in January 2015.
Training to achieve a first degree Black Sash requires commitment and dedication as it can take 5 to 7 years and sometimes more, to learn the skills required. Students who achieve this goal show outstanding perseverance and good work ethic.
Today, August 22, 2013, we welcome our four newest Black Sashes:
After completing nine of their ten Tien Shan Pai forms, the candidates choreographed and performed martial arts defense skits, broke their boards, and gave a short speech.
As is our custom, dried and canned goods were collected as the price of admission. The food collected will be donated to a local food bank.
