Over the years, we have frequently been asked if there’s a course where a person could learn Kung Fu self-defense but not have to worry about belts, tests or forms.

People have said that they would like to learn how to better protect themselves and get a good workout but they really weren’t interested in rankings or memorizing the sequences of moves which we call forms.

Students in this course will NOT learn the belt forms, take tests or receive belts.  They will be in the same classes as the Family course, but they will not be worked with individually to learn the forms.  When the San Da students have had sufficient practice with the various techniques, they will periodically practice sparring.

This course will run concurrently with the Kung Fu and Adult Kung Fu classes.
